掲載された写真は、ジャパンモビリティーショー2025の会期終了後、約1か月を目安に削除される予定です。

SEAT TO THE FUTURE（以下、本サービスといいます）はトヨタ紡織株式会社（以下、トヨタ紡織といいます）が提供するサービスです。下記をお読みいただき、ご承諾の上でご利用ください。

■ サービスの利用について

  • 本サービスで入力および送信する情報（写真を含みます。以下、対象情報といいます）に、個人や団体を誹謗中傷する内容を含めることはご遠慮ください。また、第三者に損害を与える情報や、第三者の肖像権、著作権そのほかの権利を侵害する情報を入力および送信しないでください。
  • 本サービスを商用目的で利用しないでください。
  • 本サービスの利用によって、お客様または第三者が被ったいかなる不利益または損害についても、トヨタ紡織は一切の責任を負いかねます。
  • トヨタ紡織は、お客様に通知することなく、本サービスの内容を変更、または本サービスの提供を中止することができるものとし、これによってお客様に生じた損害について一切の責任を負いかねます。

■ 対象情報の利用について

  • 本サービスにおいて撮影された写真には、参加者の顔など、個人を識別可能な情報が含まれます。これらの写真は、展示会の記録や広報活動の一環として、トヨタ紡織株式会社のウェブサイト（ジャパンモビリティーショー2025特設ページ）に掲載されます。参加者は、本サービスの利用をもって、これらの掲載に同意したものとみなします。なお、掲載された写真は、会期後１か月程度一定期間公開されます。
  • トヨタ紡織は、対象情報を「個人情報の取り扱いについて」（以下、本ポリシー）に従い厳密に管理し、クラウドサービス上に一時的に保管された写真については、会期後約1か月を目安に削除します。
  • 本サービスは、第三者のクラウドサービスを利用しており、対象情報は当該クラウドサービスのサーバーに一時的に保管されます。この際、お客様が居住する国と比較して個人情報保護のレベルが十分でない国に所在するサーバーに保管される可能性がありますが、トヨタ紡織は本ポリシーに従って厳密に管理いたします。
  • トヨタ紡織は、本サービスの利用状況を把握する目的（以下、本目的）で、お客様のIPアドレスおよびCookie情報（以下、お客様情報）を収集します。これらのお客様情報は、前記のサーバーに保管され、本ポリシーに従って厳重に管理されます。

■ 利用規約の変更について

トヨタ紡織は、以下の各号のいずれかに該当する場合、お客様の事前の同意を得ることなく利用規約の内容を変更することができます。 但し、当該変更の内容は、原則としてトヨタ紡織ウェブサイトへの掲載その他相当な方法により事前に周知されるものとし、周知の際に別途定める適用開始日から適用されます。
（ア）変更内容が、お客様の一般の利益に適合するとき
（イ）変更内容が相当性・合理性のあるものであり、かつ、契約をした目的に反しないものであるとき

Terms of Use – SEAT TO THE FUTURE

SEAT TO THE FUTURE (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) is provided by Toyota Boshoku Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Toyota Boshoku”). Please read the following terms carefully and use the Service only if you agree to them.

■ Use of the Service

  • Please refrain from submitting or transmitting any content (including photographs; hereinafter referred to as “Submitted Content”) that defames individuals or organizations, causes harm to third parties, or infringes upon the portrait rights, copyrights, or other rights of third parties.
  • The Service must not be used for commercial purposes.
  • Toyota Boshoku shall not be held liable for any disadvantages or damages incurred by users or third parties as a result of using the Service.
  • Toyota Boshoku reserves the right to modify the content of the Service or discontinue its provision without prior notice. Toyota Boshoku shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such changes or discontinuation.

■ Use of Submitted Content

  • Photographs taken through the Service may include personally identifiable information such as participants’ faces. These photos may be published on Toyota Boshoku’s website (Japan Mobility Show 2025 special page) as part of exhibition documentation and promotional activities. By using the Service, participants are deemed to have consented to such publication. The photos will remain publicly available for approximately one month after the event.
  • Toyota Boshoku will strictly manage the Submitted Content in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Photos temporarily stored on cloud services will be deleted approximately one month after the event.
  • The Service utilizes third-party cloud services, and Submitted Content may be temporarily stored on servers located in countries where data protection standards may differ from those in the user’s country of residence. However, Toyota Boshoku will manage the data strictly in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • Toyota Boshoku collects users’ IP addresses and cookie information (hereinafter referred to as “User Information”) for the purpose of understanding usage of the Service. This information will be stored on the aforementioned servers and managed securely in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

■ Changes to the Terms of Use

Toyota Boshoku may revise these Terms of Use without prior consent from users under the following circumstances. In principle, any changes will be announced in advance via Toyota Boshoku’s website or other appropriate means, and will take effect from the date specified in the announcement.

  • (a) When the changes are in the general interest of users.
  • (b) When the changes are reasonable and do not conflict with the purpose of the agreement.
